Customer service, where do I start? The time it takes up can eat a big portion of your day. As a business owner you want to be able to take care of your customers but you also want to be able to grow your business. This is where I come in.

Here are some options: Processing and following up on orders, updating member records, handling customer inquiries via email, approving requests to join a membership and processing refunds if necessary.
